What do you do at Champions Design?

Working in tandem with the strategy team, I design identity systems. This could include designing typographic systems, animating, illustrating, iconography, making logos, creating brand guidelines and anything else someone might need. I also work on editorial, book, and signage design.

What got you into this field of work?

I got into graphic design through being interested in album artwork and magazine covers when I was super young. Once I learned it was graphic design, I went to school for it at the University of Central Oklahoma. The program has a really strong focus on research, systems design and branding. I’ve been working in the field ever since, and I love learning about the different needs that can be worked out through research and design.

What has been your favorite project to work on so far?

Kilter Films. They are such hard-working, meticulous and creative thinkers.
