What do you do at Champions Design?

As Project Manager, I build out our schedules and work with my colleagues to ensure that workflows remain efficient and projects are completed on time every time.  

What got you into this field of work?

I love being organized!

Outside of that, I have a mixed background between project management in design and the fine arts. I began working at my first advertising agency straight out of college while living in Texas, and later moved to New York to work on my MFA in Photography at Pratt Institute. After graduating, I found my way back to the world of design by working in-house on projects for cultural institutions for several years before joining Champions in 2019. 

What do you most value in your collaborators?

Communication is paramount. Great communication fosters more opportunities for better collaboration which can push a project from being pretty good to next-level.
